Our Solution Marketing team is composed of experts in their field who are responsible for integrating our customers’ perspectives and language into Appsflyer. It is a unique team responsible for researching and leading collaborative, cross-departmental go-to-market and product solutions.

The mission of the Solution Marketing Manager (Gaming) is to spearhead our efforts in capturing the gaming market. This role is tasked with driving research and insights to build relevant solutions. These will be implemented with the product and GTM teams to provide strong value to gaming companies, ensuring Appsflyer is positioned as a key enabler of their growth and expansion. The SMM responsible for gaming will lead gaming-related events and drive Appsflyer for Games’ brand & offering to capitalize on new market opportunities, expand the customer base and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and growth.

You will be an integral part of our growing Solution Marketing team, encompassing a diverse group of marketing professionals with expertise in various segments of the digital economy. The team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, fostering innovation and collaboration across multiple key departments to drive the company's strategic goals. Team members bring a mix of marketing, analytical, and strategic skills to the table, working together to address the complexities of mobile app marketing in the digital age.

What you'll do:

  • Utilize your market experience and understanding to inform our go-to-market initiatives and influence our product roadmap.
  • Continuously research the gaming sector to uncover key trends, pain points, and opportunities
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to craft evidence-based strategies, ensuring our decisions are guided by data and aimed at measurable outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities and catalyze action across the organization to seize these chances. Working with management, product teams, and customer-facing roles, you will uncover and pursue new avenues for growth, pushing for solutions that align with our Gaming objectives and challenges
  • Translating complex insights into actionable strategies, you will spearhead the development of solutions that address the specific challenges faced by our prospects and customers in their growth
  • Leverage AppsFlyer for Games’ brand to package product suite and messaging, tailoring supporting GTM initiatives and product development to bring a compelling offering to gaming customers that drive higher adoption and upsell
  • Maintain key assets in collaboration with product managers, product marketing managers, and industry leads, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed
  • Lead along with regional marketing teams gaming-dedicated events that accelerate AppsFlyer’s sales pipeline and brand awareness

What you have:

  • 5+ years in the gaming industry holding multiple positions in marketing (UA, Retention, CRM, VIP)
  • Experience working with product, BI, and engineering teams and being comfortable with technical products
  • Data-driven, problem-solving mentality
  • A “status quo-breaker” mentality who enters the rooms of other stakeholders to push things forward
  • A deep understanding of and passion for the mobile app gaming world
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and timelines efficiently with multiple stockholders
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional projects and teams
  • Results-driven professional, focusing on achieving tangible outcomes
