We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our North American Marketing Team. As a key member of this team, you will be integral to the growth of our brand, creating and implementing compelling field, account-based, and channel marketing campaigns. Your primary objective will be to catalyze customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and partner development initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and Manage Growth Plans: Develop field marketing plans for your segment, including budget management, KPI identification, and regular reporting.
  • Campaign Initiation: Design and pitch cutting-edge marketing initiatives tailored to captivate potential customers, enhance conversion rates, and invigorate current market interest way of saying this.
  • Event Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize a mix of events, including in-person third-party industry events, co-marketing webinars, local meetups, that enhance our brand image and generate demand; responsible for pre, during, and post event programming and follow ups.
  • Client Retention and Growth: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to meet GRR, retention, and deal acceleration goals, including online or in-person VIP experiences, webinars, email marketing, client gifting, etc.
  • Deal Acceleration: Identify and create targeted content, experiences and events to help move prospects down the buyer’s journey, to help accelerate sales opportunities for increased deal win rates.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Turn data into actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and inform company-wide go-to-market strategies.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Forge relationships with internal stakeholders, industry contacts, customers, and third parties to maximize our brand impact.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing, preferably with knowledge of MarTech or AdTech.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to utilize data and analytics to generate innovative ideas.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • CRM and Events Systems: Experience with CRM and events platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Splash, Marketo).
  • Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel for up to 15-20% of the time.

Bonus Points:

  • Sales or account mapping experience.
  • Knowledge of mobile app business models and growth drivers.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce, gaming, or finance mobile marketing businesses.

Our offer is determined by multiple factors like market location, industry knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, and references. For our NY-based candidates, the On Target Earnings (OTE) range between $135,000 - $160,000, including any bonuses or commissions.
