We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with demonstrated commercial achievements and acumen, to lead our SEA and ANZ account management team. You will be responsible for leading and coaching the Account Management Team to retain, and grow our book of business in SEA and ANZ. This role is based in Bangkok.

As a leader in our sales team, you will be data-driven, familiar with complex/strategic sales processes, comfortable in a fast-paced hyper growth environment, develop strategic relationships with C-levels, and evangelize AppsFlyer as the Mobile Growth and Attribution Authority.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute quarterly and annual strategies to grow your book of business
  • Work closely with supporting functions and product teams on new product GTMs, building pipeline and retaining revenue
  • Be directly involved in forwarding key opportunities
  • Consistently achieve bookings quota targets
  • Consistently achieve GRR and NRR targets
  • Adopt and advocate AppsFlyer’s Account Management Playbook
  • Adopt and improve processes to enable success
  • Nurture and manage C-Level relationships across our strategic account base
  • Manage & forecast your pipeline accurately through SalesForce
  • Coach and train your team to excel in their roles
  • Advocate for your team’s resourcing, training and support needs
  • Thrive in an environment of competition and change

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with top companies in SEA
  • 2+ years of sales team management experience
  • 4+ years of account management experience
  • Proven performance over-achieving quota targets
  • Experience managing complex and competitive sales cycles
  • Experience in negotiating multi year contracts
  • Comfortable in a farmer role and highly organized
  • Revenue focused and driven
  • Data-driven; able to critically evaluate information and data to build opportunities and manage retention
  • Collaborative with a focus on company, team, then self
  • Strong understanding of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem
  • Desire to understand our technology from end to end
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Comfortable with regular travel
  • Fluent in English

Bonus points:

  • Martech or Mobile sales experience
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
  • Proficient in Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia
