AppsFlyer is looking for an Account Executive who will drive AppsFlyer’s growth by seeking and building relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is excited about prospecting and leading a sales lifecycle from start to finish with industry partners to close business. You will be capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations and have the desire to be a product expert. You have an in-depth understanding of buyer journeys and can lead complex, multi-party sales in a consultative manner.

What you'll do:

  • Covering new business activities with prospects of CIS and African market
  • Be able to Identify, qualify, negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Strong ability to manage personal quotas and forecast deal cycle timelines and anticipated contract values.
  • Lead complex negotiations and the closing of new business, including appropriate use of senior company executives and product specialists to improve deal outcomes
  • Help develop and refine go-to-market strategy and advise on product and commercial development according to regional needs
  • Serve as an active member of the sales team and build strong, collaborative relationships through broader business functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Partner Development, and Agency teams
  • Work closely with the SDR teams and Marketing teams to identify and target appropriate hitlist accounts
  • Provide product, market intelligence, and competitive feedback
  • Be a driver of process improvements and constantly improve sales knowledge
  • Ensure AppsFlyer is top of mind when our prospects are looking for new measurement solutions
  • Work with our partners on account mapping and strategic content development
  • Be an evangelist and open to public speaking at conferences, round tables, and webinars

What you have:

  • Native Russian and English - full working proficiency
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday.
  • 3 years minimum experience in a SaaS/Software Sales / Business Development roles
  • Extensive understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS, Mobile/Mar-tech solutions to a B2B audience
  • Good technical knowledge of the Martech and Adtech ecosystem
  • Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders during a complex sales cycle
  • Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing
  • Proven record of success in a high-volume transaction sales environment; experience selling to enterprise clients
  • Experience operating in Salesforce
